Banana extract paired with cocoa butter, aimed at dry skin. The cocoa butter is the working part: dry skin grips wax where you do not want it to, and a conditioning wax gives you a cleaner pull with less redness afterwards.
The base is RICA's patented Italian formula, the same across their liposoluble line. Glyceryl rosinate provides the adhesion, vegetable oils and titanium dioxide give it the creamy texture that spreads thin without dragging, and there are no petroleum derivatives anywhere in it.
Being straight with you: this and the Strawberry are the same formula for the same skin type, separated by extract and scent. Neither works better. Pick the one you would rather have warming in the room.
Which RICA wax? Sensitive or easily irritated skin: Aloe Vera. Bikini line and intimate areas: Brazilian Orange. Short, coarse, stubborn hair on face, underarms or bikini: Brazilian Avocado Butter. Dry skin: Strawberry or Banana, which are the same formula in two scents.
You will need a heater. This is a 400ml tin, so it needs a can-type wax warmer with a thermostat. It will not fit a roll-on cartridge heater, which takes 100ml cartridges instead. Check what you own before ordering.
Worth knowing: 400ml tin, salon size. Liposoluble means residue lifts off with oil, so keep a post-wax oil to hand rather than trying to scrub it away with soap and water, which will irritate dry skin further.
