Shipping Policy
Rouzeal currently offers delivery based on service availability in your area. Delivery timelines may vary depending on city, courier coverage, and order volume.
Orders are usually confirmed before dispatch. Please keep your phone available after placing an order so our team can verify details if needed.
Delivery is charged by destination, so the amount depends on the city you select at checkout. Current rates are listed below.
Where a delivery discount is running, it is applied automatically once your order reaches the qualifying value, and the reduced charge is shown in your order summary. Delivery timing may be extended during holidays, promotional campaigns, or unexpected courier delays.
If your parcel arrives damaged or incomplete, contact us as soon as possible through our contact page so we can review and support the issue.
