Refund Policy

Rouzeal accepts returns within 7 days of delivery for items that are unopened, unused, and in their original, resellable condition with all packaging and seals intact.

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used cosmetics, skincare, and fragrance items cannot be returned unless they arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

If you receive the wrong item, a damaged item, or a defective product, please contact Rouzeal within 7 days of delivery with your order details and clear photos so we can arrange a replacement or refund.

Approved refunds or replacements are processed after our team receives and inspects the returned item and confirms it meets the return conditions above.
