Our guarantee
Genuine — and you don't have to take our word for it
Every online beauty store in Pakistan says its products are original. So does every store selling counterfeits. A badge costs nothing to print, which is why we would rather show you how to check for yourself — using the batch code and barcode on the product in your hands.
Where our products come from
Authorised channels only
Products are sourced through authorised distributors and official brand channels — never grey-market or unverified stock. If we cannot confirm something is genuine, it does not go on the site.
Sealed, with the codes intact
Orders ship in their original packaging with the factory seal unbroken and the batch code and barcode untouched. Those codes are what make verification possible, so we never remove or cover them.
You pay when it arrives
Cash on Delivery across Pakistan. The parcel reaches you before any money changes hands, so you are never paying a store you have not bought from before, in advance.
Check it yourself, in under a minute
These four steps work against any seller, us included. We would rather you knew them.
- 01
Check the seal
The outer wrap and any factory seal should be intact, evenly applied and not re-glued. Loose film, torn shrink wrap or a box that has clearly been opened and re-taped is the first thing worth questioning.
- 02
Find the batch code
A short manufacturing code, usually four to eight characters, printed or embossed on the base of the bottle, the crimp of the tube, or the bottom flap of the carton. The code on the outer box should match the code on the product inside. A mismatch is the single clearest warning sign there is.
- 03
Decode it
Enter the batch code into a free checker such as CheckFresh or CheckCosmetic. It converts the manufacturer code into a production date. A code that resolves to a plausible date is a strong signal. A code that resolves to nothing is worth asking about.
- 04
Scan the barcode
Any barcode scanner app will do. It should resolve to the correct brand and the correct product name. Check the print quality too — genuine packaging has sharp text, correct spelling and consistent colour.
Free batch-code checkers
We do not run these and we cannot influence what they say — which is exactly why they are worth using. CheckFresh and CheckCosmetic both decode manufacturer batch codes to a production date, for free.
How to spot a fake anywhere
Worth knowing wherever you shop. If you see several of these together, stop and ask questions before you pay.
- A price dramatically below every other seller in the market
- Blurred, misaligned or misspelled text on the packaging
- A missing, smudged or unreadable batch code
- A batch code on the box that does not match the one on the product
- A seller who will not answer a direct question about where stock comes from
- A texture, colour or scent noticeably different from the same product you have used before
If it is not genuine, it is on us
A product that is not authentic counts as a wrong item under our return policy. Tell us within 7 days of delivery and we replace it or refund you in full — you do not pay return shipping, and you do not have to argue the case.
Message us with a photo of the product and its batch code and a person will deal with it directly.
Common questions
How do I know the product I receive is original?
Check three things the moment the parcel arrives: the factory seal should be intact and not re-glued, the batch code printed or embossed on the packaging should match the code on the product itself, and the barcode should scan to the correct brand and product. All three take under a minute and none of them requires trusting us.
What is a batch code and where do I find it?
A batch code is a short manufacturing reference, usually four to eight characters, printed or embossed on the base of a bottle, the crimp of a tube, or the bottom flap of a carton. It is not the barcode. Free tools such as CheckFresh and CheckCosmetic decode it to a production date. A code that decodes to a sensible date is a good sign; a missing, smudged or unreadable code is a warning sign.
Where do Rouzeal products come from?
Every product is sourced through authorised distributors and official brand channels, never grey-market or unverified stock. If we cannot confirm something is genuine, we do not list it.
What happens if I think a product is not genuine?
Tell us within 7 days of delivery. A product that is not genuine counts as a wrong item under our return policy, so we replace it or refund you in full. Message us on WhatsApp with a photo of the product and its batch code and we will deal with it directly.
Do I have to pay before I receive the order?
No. Cash on Delivery is available across Pakistan, so the parcel reaches you before any money changes hands. You are never sending payment in advance to a store you have not bought from before.
Why are some prices lower than the retail price I have seen?
Distributor pricing, promotions and pack sizes all differ between sellers, so a lower price is not by itself a sign of a fake. A price far below every other seller in the market is worth questioning, whoever is selling it. If a price on this site looks wrong to you, ask us before ordering.
