Orders & Payment

How do I place an order?

Add the products you love to your cart, open the cart, and proceed to checkout. You can order as a guest — just enter your delivery details and confirm. No account is required.

What payment methods do you accept?

We currently offer Cash on Delivery (COD), so you can pay in cash when your order arrives. Any additional payment options will be shown at checkout when available.

Can I use a discount or promo code?

Yes. If you have a valid coupon, enter it in the coupon field at checkout and the discount will be applied to your order total before you confirm.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

If your order has not been dispatched yet, contact us as soon as possible through the contact page with your order number and we will do our best to update or cancel it.

Shipping & Delivery

How long does delivery take?

Delivery time depends on your city and courier coverage. Most orders are confirmed before dispatch and delivered within a few working days. Timing may be longer during holidays or promotional campaigns.

Do you offer free shipping?

Orders above the free-shipping threshold shown at checkout qualify for free delivery. Below that, a flat shipping fee is applied and shown before you confirm your order.

How can I track my order?

Visit our Track Order page and enter your order number along with the phone number you used at checkout to see your current order status.

My parcel arrived damaged or incomplete — what should I do?

Please contact us right away through the contact page with your order number and clear photos. We will review the issue and arrange a suitable resolution.

Are your products 100% authentic?

Yes. Every skincare, makeup, and fragrance product we sell is sourced to be genuine and authentic. We do not sell counterfeit or imitation beauty products.

How should I store my skincare and fragrances?

Keep products in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and heat. Close lids tightly after use, and store fragrances upright to preserve their scent and shelf life.

How do I check the shade or details of a product?

Each product page lists shades, sizes, and key details. If you are unsure which shade or variant suits you, reach out through the contact page and we will be happy to guide you.

Do you test products on animals?

We focus on curating trusted beauty brands. For specific cruelty-free or ingredient questions about an item, contact us and we will share what we know about that product.
