Is the Simple Water Boost Micellar Facial Gel Wash 150ml sold here original?

Yes. It is sourced through authorised distributors and ships sealed, with the original batch code and barcode intact so you can verify it yourself. If what arrives is not genuine, it counts as a wrong item under our return policy.

What skin type is this suitable for?

Check the "Details & Ingredients" panel on this page — it names the skin type each formula is built for. As a rule: gel and foaming washes with charcoal or niacinamide suit oily and acne-prone skin, while soap-free, fragrance-free formulas suit dry or sensitive skin. Wash twice a day at most; over-cleansing damages the skin barrier and makes oiliness worse.

How long does delivery take?

Orders are dispatched within one working day and typically arrive in 2 to 4 working days, depending on your city. The estimated delivery date for your location is shown on this page.

Can I pay cash on delivery?

Yes. Cash on Delivery is available across Pakistan, so you pay the Rs. 989 when the parcel reaches you rather than in advance.

Can I return it if it is not right?

You have 7 days from delivery to return an unopened item. If you received the wrong product, or one that is damaged or not genuine, we replace it or refund you in full.

Simple Water Boost Micellar Facial Gel Wash 150ml | Hydrating

Dehydrated skin is not the same as dry skin, and confusing the two is why people buy the wrong products for years. Dry skin lacks oil. Dehydrated skin lacks water, and it happens to oily skin just as easily. The sign is that tight feeling five minutes after you wash. That is what this is for.

It carries 4% hydrating actives, built around PENTAVITIN, a humectant that binds water to the skin and holds it there rather than letting it evaporate. Vitamin E and pro-vitamin B5 sit alongside it, plus Simple's Pro Amino Acid Technology.

The micellar part matters too. Micelles lift dirt, oil and make-up by attracting them rather than by stripping the skin with strong surfactants, so you get a clean face without the trade-off. It is free from alcohol, mineral oil, artificial colour and perfume, and it is hypoallergenic.

Which Simple wash? Kind to Skin Refreshing is the everyday one for all skin types. Water Boost Micellar is for skin that feels tight and dehydrated. Regeneration Age Resisting is the one to move to from your thirties onwards.

Worth knowing: 150ml. Use lukewarm rather than hot water, since hot water undoes most of what a hydrating cleanser is trying to do. Follow it with a moisturiser while the skin is still slightly damp, which is when humectants work hardest.
