Is the Enchanteur Charming Perfumed Liquid Hand Soap 300ml sold here original?

Yes. It is sourced through authorised distributors and ships sealed, with the original batch code and barcode intact so you can verify it yourself. If what arrives is not genuine, it counts as a wrong item under our return policy.

My hands get dry from frequent washing — what helps?

Usually the water temperature rather than the soap. Use lukewarm water rather than hot, and dry your hands properly — hands left damp lose more moisture as the water evaporates. A hand cream applied while the skin is still slightly damp does more than switching soaps.

How long does delivery take?

Orders are dispatched within one working day and typically arrive in 2 to 4 working days, depending on your city. The estimated delivery date for your location is shown on this page.

Can I pay cash on delivery?

Yes. Cash on Delivery is available across Pakistan, so you pay the Rs. 749 when the parcel reaches you rather than in advance.

Can I return it if it is not right?

You have 7 days from delivery to return an unopened item. If you received the wrong product, or one that is damaged or not genuine, we replace it or refund you in full.

Enchanteur Charming Perfumed Liquid Hand Soap 300ml

Hand wash is the one product in a house that gets used twenty times a day and almost never gets thought about. Which is the entire argument for buying a decent one: it costs a few hundred rupees more than the supermarket bottle and you notice it every single time.

This carries the Charming fragrance, the same rose, muguet and cedarwood the talc and the deodorant are built on. It lathers into a rich foam, rinses clean, and leaves the scent on your hands for a while afterwards rather than the flat antiseptic smell most hand washes leave.

The 300ml pump sits well by a basin and is the practical size for a family bathroom or a guest washroom. If you already use the Charming talc or lotion, this layers with them and keeps the scent consistent through the house.

Suits: guest bathrooms, kitchen sinks, and anyone who has been buying whatever hand wash was cheapest and is mildly tired of it.

Worth knowing: it is a perfumed hand soap, not an antibacterial gel, so it does the job of a wash rather than a sanitiser. Enchanteur is made by Wipro and the fragrance is built on French perfumery structure, which is why it reads closer to a light perfume than to a household cleaner.
